Daily Report

            Today was Wednesday, 18 April 2018 at 08.00, as usual we practiced. First of all did oneline in front of the kitchen after that brother of the senior examining our equipment and also check grooming. After my senior checked our equipment and grooming, we immediately did oneline in cold kitchen. After that seniors reviewed on small book.

         And after that. It's a long time then the chef Aldino came and gave us the stuff on food chaines food, to be cooked for a menu rotation 2.1. After the chef aldino provided the material we just do our job of the group one was doing to the restaurant the menu rotation 2.1.

           And group two was prepared for tomorrow is the menu was rotation of 2.2. And after finished, we immediately did oneline back in cold kitchen to the division of tasks and general cleaning, we immediately made general cleaning. After general cleaning done, we did oneline back in front of the kitchen and got ready to go home at 17:45.
