Daily Report

              Today is Thursday, 19 April 2018 at 08.00, as usual we did oneline in front of the kitchen, we incharged by our seniors Ayu And Valen. The seniors checked our gear, after brother's senior examining our gear, we immediately did oneline in the cold kitchen. After that the senior reviewed us at 9:45.

           After we reviewed, then chef Aldino provided material about the cuisine of Thailand. After chef dino provided material, we just did our job. Group 1 today did research and group two cooked meal for menu rotation of 2.2. at 11.15 up at 13.25.


                    When we finished, we immediately did oneline back in the cold kitchen for the division of general cleaning at 15.45. And after general cleaning finished, we immediately did oneline back in front of the cold kitchen to get ready to go home at 17:45.
