This Morning on 2nd April 2018 we're in kitchen at 8. As usually we did oneline in front of the kitchen. After the the senior checked our grooming and tools. We were directly oneline in cold kitchen. After we did oneline senior reviewed us one by one about our small book.
After the senior reviewed us, we given a bit of stuff on the menu rotation 2.1. and after brother's senior provided material, we were divided into two Group. Group 1 did prepare to the menu rotation 2.1 and group 2 did research out of the kitchen. After group 1 prepared, we were immediately did oneline back in cold kitchen and prepared a break at 14:45 until 4:00.
After a break we were back to did oneline in cold kitchen for the division of general cleaning. And when it finished, we were immediately made general cleaning at 4.30 till 17.15. after general done, we did oneline in front of the kitchen to get ready, ready to went home at 18.25.
