This morning on 4th September 2018 we entered the kitchen. Like usual we were oneline in front of the kitchen. After that our gear were checked by senior, we were oneline in the kitchen not long after that, then Mr Ichal came and gave material about Celebes buffet.
After that, we were directly doing and I cooked Jalangkote and peco doang. When it was done. We did general cleaning. After that we prepared for menu buffet tomorrow, it was continental buffet.
When prepared done, we took a break at 15:25. After that we did general cleaning at 16:15. When it done, we were directly oneline back in front of the kitchen and prepared to back home at 18:45
