Daily Report

          Assalamualaikum. It's on October 23rd, 2018 we're in the kitchen, at 6:30 o'clock in the morning, and we have entered the menu Ala'Carte II. On the second day we did Doing for menu today. before we had Doing we did oneline in the kitchen and pak ical " explained about the menu style'carte II. 
             After pak ical explained, Chef Aldino came and added a little bit of an explanation on how to handle menu ala'cart with good and true. After chef aldino gave us an explanation, we immediately did Doing with a group of each, and I continued prepared for Red velvet. 
          After all dish was ready, the restaurant ordered the menu was ready today at 12:30 until at 14.00. After the restaurant close, we immediately got ready -- ready to do general cleaning at 15:30 up at 5.25. Once we've done general cleaning, we immediately did oneline back in front of the kitchen and got ready to go home at 19.25.
