Assalamualaikum, today on Tuesday 11th October 2018. At 6 o'clock in the morning as usual we're in kitchen. First of all we did oneline in the kitchen and senior who incharged us, Al explained about the way to handle the menu of ala carte with good and safe. When brother Al explained everything, not a while and Mr ical came and put additional explanations all the menu ala carte.
After Mr ical explained about the menu ala cart we just did our own job. And I still got plater section. Yesterday we did prepare and today we did doing. We're doing at 09.25 o'clock in the morning until at 14.00 o'clock in the afternoon.
After we had Doing. Then Mr ical led us to make food and spent all ingredients that remain to make the food that will be eat. After that we made food we ate right away and after dinner. We just did general cleaning. Then did oneline back and got ready to go home at 19.00 in the evening in local time.
