Assalamualaikum and good morning. On Monday 19th November in 2018, at 8 am we were already in the kitchen. As normally we did oneline in the kitchen, and Supervisor explained menu of ala carte.
we divided into groups, there are group appatizer, main course, butcher, pastry and bakery. and I got appetizer group. After the senior gave an explanation, we just did what was commissioned by each group. Today, we just did preparation for tomorrow and the menu is ala carte. And I made jelly fruit. After I did prepare I continued to help my friend finished up their preparation. After the task of all group has done, we did general cleaning at 2.15 pm. Once we've done general cleaning, we did oneline in front of the kitchen and prepared to go home at 4.50 pm.
