Assalamualaikum and good morning, Today on Tuesday 06th November 2018 we're in the kitchen at 7:00 a.m. We did oneline in front of the kitchen and brother of the senior examining our gear. After my senior examining our gear, we were back to do oneline again in the kitchen.
After that, brother, a senior gave an explanation about the menu of ala carte one. After that, brother, a senior divided us into groups and get me a group batcher. And today I prepared fish and meat for the group with a kitchen and group cold kitchen.
After my job finished, I continued to help other group, they were main kitchen group and cold kitchen group to did doing. After that the restaurant opened at 11:25 a.m to 1:45 p.m. After the restaurant closed, we did general cleaning at 2 p.m until 4 p.m. After our general cleaning done, we'd better got ready to go home each at 17.00.
