after that group 1 out from the kitchen and did research while group 2 doing in the kitchen for today’s menu from 9 am til 12.30 pm. 12.30 pm group 2 got in to the kitchen and started preparing for tonorrow’s menu. and my team was responsible to made the bika ambon
after prepare finished at 2.30 pm we one line in cool kitchen again and took a break until 3.30 pm. after a break we one line again and started general cleaning until 5.30 pm. general cleaning finished we one line and went home at 6.15 pm
