Daily Report

     This morning, February 8th 2018, at 07.00 A.M. we were in kitchen. First we oneline in front of the kitchen and absent  by older seniors. then in the cool kitchen we get back to oneline and older seniors gave us the direction of the menu breakfast.then we oneline with each group. and my group get a menu for fried noodle to open the restaurant.

     Restaurant open by 10:00 and until 11.30.then we took a break from 12.00 and oneline back 13.30.after that we oneline back in cool kitchen we were reviewed by older seniors about what is known in the small book. after reviewed by our seniors we took a break again 14:30. until 4:00.

     After rest we come back oneline in coolkitchen to the division of tasks and general cleaning. after the task of general cleaning done, we will immediately do general cleaning at 5.30 pm. after a general cleaning we get back to oneline in front of the kitchen to get ready, ready to go home at 18:00.





Ingredients :

Shrimp 175 gram

Chiken As needed

oil 100 ml

carrot 1 pcs

Garlic 1 tbsp

onion 1 pcs

leek 1 stalk

celery 2 stalks

Soy The sauce 2 tbsp

salt to taste

black papper to taste

Noodles 225 gram

pakcoy 225 gram

egg 2 pcs

 How to Make :

Lower oil to taste then lower, garlic, onion then lower, carrot, after the lower shrimp and chiken then lower egg and then lower Nodlenya after the lower pakcoy, soy sauce, soyu, celery, lik, salt and black papper.after the noodle is ready to serve.
