Today on 2nd May 2018 as usual we practiced in the kitchen. We're in the kitchen at 8. First, we immediately went into the cold kitchen and directly did oneline. It is not a while then chef Aldino came in cold kitchen and explained the stage - the manufacture of food chaines food. It was me helping the group duing this day. After chef aldino provided an explanation of cooking chaines the food we just did our job each.
As days before the group or group. Group two was doing of chaines food and group one prepared menu for tomorrow, it will be Mini Burger. Chef Aldino also explained how to make the Mini Burger. After Chef Aldino explained, we just did our job. After our work finished, we immediately did general cleaning of the cold kitchen.
After the cold kitchen clean, we will immediately did oneline in main kitchen area then chef aldino came and told senior to try out our material food so we can know it taste. After that, the senior split us to general cleaning area that has not been cleaned. After finished, we immediately did general cleaning at 16.45. Once we've done general cleaning, we immediately did oneline back in front of the kitchen and got ready to went home at 18.15.
