Daily Report

         This morning on 20 March 2018, we did MID Practice at 08.00. Firstly we did oneline in cold kitchen and then given direction by mr syahrial. We were divided into four groups. in a group of 10 people there. and I was in 3rd group. Yesterday I did prepare for the Rotation 1.2 and it's Glased Root Vegetable.

        And today I Started cook at 08.45 till 11:30. After all finished, we immediately issued a food in restaurant up at 4.30 pm. After food served Restaurant, we had a rest at 15.35. until 4:00.

   After a break, we were immediately did oneline in cold kitchen for the division of general cleaning. after finished, we were immediately did general cleaning at 4.30 till 17:45. after a general cleaning, we were immediately did oneline out of kitchen in preparation for the home at 18.15.
