Today is the 8th March 2018 and we entered the kitchen at 8. For our menu today that we made was namely Rotate 1.2. first we did oneline in front of kitchen. Then senior examining our gear. after senior examined our gear, we immediately oneline in front of the cold kitchen. After we did oneline senior gave us an instruction to cook meal of menu rotation of 1.2.
Once we've given the direction we immediately divided as is usually the group 1 and group 2. group this day did a research and group two days to Doing the menu rotation of 1.2. after all been divided, we will immediately do our duty of at 9:15..
After our job finished, we were immediately did oneline back in cold kitchen for the rest at 14.25. after we break, we were immediately did oneline back to the division of tasks and general cleaning at 16.45. after a general cleaning finished. We did oneline again in front of the cold kitchen in preparation for back home at 18.35.
