5th March 2018 we entered the kitchen at 08.00. Firstly we did one line in front of the kitchen and seniors were checked our tools. After that we entered the kitchen and did one line in the cold kitchen. Not long after that Mr Syahrial came and gave us explanation about product that we had to prepare for open resto tomorrow.
After Mr Syahrial gave the explanation, seniors gave task for each group. We were divided into 10 groups. And my group on today, which means my group did prepare. At 14:15 till 15:25
After break we back to did one line in the cold kitchen. At 16.00 till 17.10 . After did GC we did one line in front of the kitchen and got ready to went home at 18.15
