Assalamualaikum and good morning. Today we returned to practice precisely on 4 September 2019. We entered the kitchen at 08.00. And today we repeat the practice of making pia or commonly known as bakpia, we repeat the making because yesterday we made it still has not been satisfactory. The first thing I do as usual is to weigh Bakpia as needed by the recipie. After that I mix all the ingredients and make a mixture. After the bakpia dough is finished I immediately print or form bakpia like bakpia in general. And don't forget to fill it in Bakpia with a chocolate and cheese filling. After the bakpia is formed, the bakpia is allowed to stand for a few minutes before it is put into the oven. After that, bakpia is directly put in the oven for about 30 minutes. After the bakpia is cooked we remove the bakpia from the oven and cool it down. After the work in the kitchen has finished we immediately do general cleaning. After general cleaning we immediately get ready to go home each.
