Daily Inggris 24 September

               Assalamualaikum and good morning. Today we enter mid-day practice in the kitchen precisely on September 24 2019. At 08.00. And what we practice is the pastry menu. As previously made, repeated again. Such as puff pastry, tartlet, bakpia, croissants etc.        
              Today we made 40 pax of it all. We have a practice team of around 10 people. We divide - there are tasks that make tartlets, puff pastries, bakpia, croissants etc. After all divided tasks. We immediately made what each team has assigned.        
               After the food everything is made by the team. We immediately brought the food to the directorate to be presented there at 10:00 to 11:30. After everything is finished, we immediately clean up or do general cleaning. After doing general cleaning, we immediately prepared to go home to each of them.
