Today we came earlier than the previous day which is at 7:00. First of all as usual we did oneline in front of the kitchen and brother of the senior examining our gear. After my senior examining our gear, we immediately went into the cold kitchen. After we all got in in cold kitchen, like we usually did oneline in cold kitchen. After that, the senior explained some ingredients such as, galangal, ginger, turmeric, oil soya oil, sesame oil and material.
The senior explained the differences among them. After that we were break because today the Restaurant did not open. We're resting with the seniors while waiting for the teacher came in, which was Mr ical, we immediately did oneline back in cold kitchen and after we had oneline Mr. Ical came in and try to explain about how to making of mini burgers.
But Mr ical did not teach us about how to making of mini burgers because the stove is broken. After that,Mr. ical stepped out of the kitchen because the stove is broken in cold kitchen, Mr ical out we're trying to fix the stove but we failed and in the end we rushed to take care of things like cold kitchen, and after the cold kitchen clean, we immediately went home at 9:45.
