This Morning on 3rd April 2018, at 08.00 we entered the kitchen. As always our first oneline in front of the kitchen and brother of the senior examining our gear. after our gear were checked we went to cold kitchen to oneline. After that, sir jaya provided an explanation of the menu rotation 2.1.
After the senior gave an explanation, we immediately divided into two groups. group one day this doing of the menu rotation 2.1, and group 2 prepared ingredients about menu rotation of 2.2. after the group finished we rest for a moment at 13:45 until at 14.00. when we were back oneline in cold kitchen and pak ical gave an explanation of the menu rotation 2.1 and 2.2.
After pak ical gave an explanation's senior to split us to did general cleaning. after general cleaning, we immediately made general cleaning at 15.45. after did general cleaning we get back to oneline in front of the kitchen and gott ready to go home at 17:45.
