Assalamualaikum and good morning. Today on December 13th 2018, at 7am I was in the kitchen, today was my final practice day. First, we did oneline in the kitchen. It was not a while later Mr. jaya came to explain about the menu that will be ready today, which was about menu of ala'carte 2.
Today was Final practice day for the 2nd group, my group. And I got the Appetizer. Today I made Empek - Empek. Empek Empek origin from Palembang, South Sumatra Indonesia. First, we did prepare at 08.15 am. After we had prepare. We were just Doing. When everything was ready, Restaurant open at 1. And today we served 10 pax of empek empek
After did plate Empek - empek for the restaurant, I continued help my friend who had not been done. And after it's all out, restaurant closed at 2.52 pm. After the restaurant closed, and everything is fine, like we used to do, we did general cleaning at 3.25 pm. When we done for general cleaning, we did oneline back in front of the kitchen and gott ready to go home at 5.25 pm.
