Daily report 21 agustus

Assalamualaikum and Good morning, today precisely on August 21st, 2019 we entered the kitchen at the hour of 08.00. Like the day yesterday before we did the activity, Pak ical teaches us how to manufacture sourdough because yesterday we made a croissant and now we make sourdough. After the Pak ical explained everything, we directly weigh sourdough materials.
      After we weigh the whole material, we directly make sourdough dough. After that, so the dough we let stand for approximately 1 hour or until the scene expands well. After the dough expands we directly form sourdough.
      After the sourdough is formed, sourdough we let stand again until it is good. After the sourdough expands well, we directly insert sourdough into the oven for approximately 20 minutes. After that Sourdougnya have been cooked, we immediately prepared to do a generak cleaning, after doing general cleaning, we were immediately ready to go home each.
