Daily Report

          Assalamualaikum,today Monday on 8 October  2018 we were in the kitchen at 8. As usual, we did oneline in the kitchen and Mr ical gave an explanation about menu of ala cart.

      After Mr ical gave an explanation, we immediately divided group. And today we just prepared ingredients for menu tomorrow, and it is menu a la the cart.. first we were divided group, such as cold kitchen, batcher, main kitchen, pastry and bakery group I got a group of Main kitchen, and its menu  is main course.

    We did the preparation at 08.45 at 14.15. After we had prepare, we immediately did general cleaning at 15.45 up at 5.25. Once we've done general cleaning we did oneline in front of the kitchen and got ready to go home at 18:45.
